First Time Buyer
We had fabulous experience with Gemma and Leia. They were easily contactable and told us ahead of time if going to be away. They were very helpful for first time buyers and really helped keep us informed and lessened the stress!

Fantastic Support on Our First Auction Purchase!
We recently completed our first auction purchase with Fairstep Solicitors, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Gemma, Leia, Aiden, and Jo were outstanding knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. As this was our first auction purchase, we were quite anxious, but their clear communication and expertise reassured us every step of the way. Money is better spent elsewhere
The solicitors made little effort to chase enquiries and give responses. The sale dragged on for months and the solicitors were not helpful at all and wouldn’t communicate to us any progress we constantly had to chase them and push them. I wish I had chosen a different solicitors and won’t b using them again.

Great service - great communication -
Completed my remortgage on time and with very little hassle. Only issue was logging onto the app for my wife, but delay with by the team.

Conveyancing
I can bet that you will never be put through to your solicitor if you call their general line. They will always say ‘ they are in a meeting and will call you back’ absolute rubbish. My case is finished and I completed on the house. But the service here is extremely poor. Would never use again and would never recommend again. Have to say though when Aiden took over my case he was a lot better, helpful, understand and ver professional. So unless you get Aiden on your case. Don’t work with this firm.

Conveyancing Solicitor who have a system that works.
As a buyer, I was confident after the first week of engaging FairStep Solicitors, there was always someone to answer my question, the reception would always help or get a message through to someone who could, if my Solicitor was busy with another client.
Definitely Recommend Fairstep and would use this company again for my next purchase. 🙂
