DEPUTYSHIP APPLICATION
I would just to say how professional, knowledgeable and friendly the dealings are that I have had with Clare Nichols and indeed everyone at Gepp Solicitors.
Clare is the nicest person and there’s only positive things I can write. I had already been appointed the Financial Deputyship with regards to my son and we wanted to see if we could get the Health & Welfare deputyship in joint names with my daughter as she will be the one who looks after my son after my death. After a few hitches in the height of Covid, Gepp Solicitors kindly said that they would do another application pro bono as there were problems.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we were again refused the joint Health & Welfare Deputyship (they are notoriously hard to obtain) but this refusal does not take anything away from the hard work and professional conduct that has guided this matter through to where we are today.
To protect my son and daughter’s future, I fully intend to make an appointment in the new year to review my and my husband’s Wills.
Clare Nichols and Gepp Solicitors are a credit to the legal profession.
