House purchase
We have just competed on our property and have been more than pleased with the service we received from Hayley.
Unfortunately, the purchase was not straightforward however Hayley was very helpful and communicated quickly at every stage of the process, we are grateful for all of her advice along the way to get the purchase over the line.

Excellent service
Hayley was excellent at helping us with both the sale of our home and purchase of our new one, in an extremely tight timeframe, communication was fantastic, advice was second-to-none and although we hit barriers with another party involved, Hayley was the utmost professional and calm and supportive person, she made the move far less stressful than it could have been. I would definitely seek Hayley’s support if I needed it in the future and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to move.

Sale of house
I dealt with Hayley at the Bromsgrove branch of Bank solicitors and would certainly have no hesitation in using her again or recommending her to anyone else.
I found her to be friendly and approachable, she was available to talk to for updates on progress and would return emails or phone calls promptly.
Costs and processes involved in selling my house were clearly explained to me from the start, I am very grateful for her help.

I would like to thank Bank Solicitors, in particular Hayley Tenney, for all her hard work in progressing my house sale through to completion.
Being local to me I was able to meet Hayley and return documents to the office instead of posting them.
She always returned my calls and gave invaluable advice. She was very proactive and has an amazing work ethic.
She is the best conveyancing Solicitor I have had act for me and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent service and advice
We used hayley to resolve a 11 year beneficary problem and we can honestly we are so glad we did. She was completely proffessional and extremely approachable. She explained everything in a way that we all understood. We all felt comfortable contacting her when we needed to. I feel that she really cares about what she does. She resolved our problem in a matter of weeks.

House Sale and Purchase
Hayley has acted for us on the sale of our house and onward purchase. She has been brilliant throughout. As with most transactions, there have been some changes as things progressed, and Hayley handled everything professionally and promptly. Probate for the Estate of my late Father's Estate
