Following a traffic accident last year in which I was knocked off my bicycle, I approached Oliver & Co to persue a legal claim for me.
The whole claim process has gone as smooth as possible concluding with fair and deserved financial compensation. I have been contacted on a regular basis by Allison Pepper, who dealt with my case, she provided excellent information and updates throughout the legal dealings.

Oliver & Co - and specifically Allison Pepper and Rebecca Kilfoyle - helped me with a claim against a motorist who hit me on my bike in Sep '19.

Motorist was found fully at fault by the Met Police. We settled in Sep '23 and the funds hit my account in Oct '23.

The process was 4 years long, frustrating and arduous - mainly because the other side's insurers were pretty useless.

But Allison and Rebecca were great and made it bearable, explaining things along the entire way.

I would definitely recommend them.

Allison Pepper was wonderful in my case, getting everything sorted and arranging support I needed following an RTA and psychological injuries caused by this. I found Allison through Amputation Foundation for my mum, who was involved in an RTA and lost her leg. Allison was incredible and especially in the days following the accident, helping me to get things started for my mum, and giving support and advice. We really could not have been able to help my mum and set up what she needs for recovery without her. I would definitely recommend Allison and Oliver & Co., they’ve been fantastic.
