Efficient and helpful service
Sandy Town Council has been using Woodfines as its representatives for a number of years mostly for legal issues such as transfer of land or leases. We have always found the whole team helpful and efficient and they have always kept us up to date with progress on matters. Suzanna Stephenson has been excellent, supporting the Council with advice and dealing with a particularly difficult situation. The company's pricing strategy also seems to be fair.

Manton Charitable Trust
Suzanna Stephenson became the Trust's legal representative in November 2023, when she took on responsibility for closure of the Trust when she succeeded the previous Partner, Head of Commercial Property.
Suzanna has given the Trust a first class service and has been friendly and professional in all her correspondence and meeting with the trustees. The closure of the Trust has been achieved to the entire satisfaction of the trustees.
She has been ably assisted by Davina Jirh and Holly Shelton.

A very mixed bag
I've experienced months of deep frustration and poor communication - and the sense that the people dealing with my matter either didn't know what the deadlines were, or didn't care - interspersed with instances of sheer genius from Suzanna and her team.

When you employ a solicitor you need to be convinced that both the risks and opportunities have been appropriately managed.
