Just sharing my personal experience of last 10 years been with Mr Saheeb as a client.
Very reliable and honest as a solicitor and will deliver what he’s said or promised if something not going to work he’ll advise u not to do it as it will be funds wasted and time but other will do it for sake of making their fee. Learn through from people expensive experience if u need a solicitor he’s The Guy

Truly the best!!
I aim to the as honest as possible. Saseeb is Truly the best lawyer I have dealt with. It's not my first time dealing with him. Perviously I aimed to buy a house (which did not succeed) saheeb was great at handling it and making sure I was not being played around with by the estate agents. Then my sister brought a house and my father sold his, both jobs where completed by Saheeb. He went above and beyond even though he did not need to. He made the process very easy and simple and got everything done on his part straight away. He was easy to contact. Available whenever I was, he was chasing me so the work was done quickly.
He also aimed to charge me the best fees he could, I NEVER felt I was being taken advantage off or being ripped off.
Above all this, he he a down to earth and friendly person and very very honest which is a quality I value highly!!!!

Great advice, and attention given
I honestly cannot thank Sahib enough, he met me on such short notice, offered great advice and was extremely helpful during the consultation. I would definitely recommend using his services.

Excellent support with purchasing a house
100% recommend Saheeb as a solicitor for anyone in the process of buying property. He was very professional throught out the process. Always reaponding to email in a quick manner and offering support and advice. We were always kept in the loop and could ask any questions at any time.
