Over the past few years we have used Backhouse Solicitors for a number of legal procedures, transfer of equity, LPA, Wills and lastly selling a property. The service has been absolutely first class. The property team have been absolutely amazing and I and my family will all ways be grateful for the excellent work that Sarah and Rebecca have done to expedite this matter.

We used Backhouse for both selling our house and for purchasing our new home. Sarah Smith dealt with our case and was extremely efficient and helpful, keeping us up to date with each step. The whole process was stress free. We knew what the cost would be at the beginning, so we had no surprises at the end. I thought the service excellent, the cost reasonable and great value for money.
