Excellent supportive guidance given by Jolyon throughout a difficult time of employment driven by inappropriate behavior and unfair age related pressure applied by direct manager (French national), unfamiliar with English law. Jolyon helped structure thoughts and actions with one possible outcome of constructive dismissal. Jolyon provided legal advice and personal support and ways to navigate what was a difficult position. Ultimately my senior left the company and my role returned to an acceptable and challenging one and this continues today.
