Making a will.
So far the experience has been easy… friendly staff… explained fully.. only negative comment..e mail with appointment didn’t specify which office appointment was at…,we turned up at the wrong office and quickly had to drive about nine miles to correct office.

Clear and precise
Thank you for supporting me in completing my Will. I had put this process off for sometime, assusing it would be a difficult task. However Chelsea made it very clear and simple and we had completed the Will with no problems and very efficiently

Chelsea was professional and helpful at all times.
Away from Chelsea, I did find the pricing structure odd. I paid a sum up front only to find one clause doubles the price.
