Great service
Recently used Pepperells to update a will, I used the free service that is offered each year with a donation to a charity.
Filled in the forms and Booked an appointment on line, went to office and met Chelsea Curtis, she was very friendly and welcoming, giving me options of how to continue.
Chelsea completed all the paperwork , emailed it across to me for checking before I was invited to make another booking to go in and sign , again the procedures were all explained to me in detail.
A very professional service received throughout.

Making a will.
So far the experience has been easy… friendly staff… explained fully.. only negative comment..e mail with appointment didn’t specify which office appointment was at…,we turned up at the wrong office and quickly had to drive about nine miles to correct office.

Clear and precise
Thank you for supporting me in completing my Will. I had put this process off for sometime, assusing it would be a difficult task. However Chelsea made it very clear and simple and we had completed the Will with no problems and very efficiently

I was offered a free will writing service by Prostate Cancer U.K and Pepperells was one of the Solicitors that were available and local to me.The initial appointment to see Chelsea was arranged quickly, she was very informative and everything was sorted out promptly.
