Super efficient and professional
Abigail recently assisted us in buying our first home and we could not have asked for more! As first time buyers we were a little daunted but Abigail was super approachable. Our offer to completion only took ten weeks thanks to Abigail’s efficiency and professionalism. The process was so much easier with Abigails knowledge and skills, communication was clear throughout and we were kept in the loop with regular updates. I will certainly be recommending her in future.

Review of Lease
Abigail has been extremely helpful, and provided me with advice and knowledge to help to consider a proposed new draft lease, especially since the flat owners themselves were only given a week to look through the draft, thus Abigail very kindly pulled out all the stops to ensure I had a timely constructive response , and full of friendly advice too. I really am so grateful and appreciative of all that she has done for me, and of course I shall naturally come back and use, the firm and hopefully Abigail's services too.

Professional and friendly service
Abigail and her team at Burt Brill & Cardens handled the lease extension on our Brighton flat as part of its sale process. It all turned out because of various factors to be more complicated than one would have anticipated initially, but Abigail and Patrick, her colleague, kept on top of the issues, and navigated us through the whole process with considerable professional skill and patience. Amazing solicitors, caring and attentive
We are so glad that we had Burt and Brill to help us with our lease extension, we worked with Abigail and Patrick who were extremely professional throughout the entire process, explained everything simply so we could understand and in general were just amazing people to work with.
