Exceptional Service
I cannot recommend Manish highly enough! From start to finish, he has been nothing short of amazing. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to my case made all the difference. Exceptional service
I worked with Manish Patel to resolve my complicated leasehold agreement situation. Manish provided great advice from the get go, he was approachable and friendly.
There were many twists and turns and required quite a few re-negotiations. Manish always managed them with poise.
Manish's tenacity was evident from our initial conversation. He always kept us apprised of every situation and provided a fantastic service overall, which is more than what others have provided in the past.
I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Probably the best in the area
Having heard good things, we chose C and S to help deal with our Mothers Estate after her passing - Inheritance Tax, Probate.
Suitably impressed, we continued to use them for the sale of her home which we achieved in a timely manner ensuring the Buyers benefited from Stamp Duty holiday. No mean feat considering the short space of time involved.
Both Georgina and Manish were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable of their respective subjects and very professional. Any issues were dealt with straight away.
Considering the restrictions that Covid brought about in 2020 and the race against the clock re: Stamp Duty holiday, it was a sterling effort.
Excellent service.
