I’ll only ever use Jenny Randell in the future!
The entire process of buying our home has been very touch and go over the last nine months with a collapsed chain and unexpected delays from other parties in the chain also. The only saving grace has been Jenny and the fantastic work she has done for us. The initial document upload was easy and communication with Jenny had been excellent. We have been kept up to date at every step of the way and felt like no question was too much to ask. Jenny has given us her undivided attention and we cannot thank her enough for all the time and effort she has put into our home. We’ve finally got the keys and are so grateful to Jenny for helping us get here! I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone who is in the process of buying/selling a house!

Best solicitor ever!
It is safe to say that our particular experience buying and selling as part of quite a long and complex chain was arduous to say the least.
Despite this, we were given guidance throughout it all by Jenny. A real advocate for us both and someone we wholeheartedly say we can trust. Eager to chase down other solicitors for outcomes on queries, there was never a movement where outstanding tasks were left on her desk.
On a personal note, Jenny has been an safe person to lean on during the more stressful times selling our home with collapsed chains and other issues relating to surveys/landlords - she was able to give us sound advice and was able to reassure us where necessary. Our goals were aligned from the very beginning and I felt like I could contact her whenever I needed. She seemed invested in our progress, and experienced all the highs and lows with us during this long and complex transaction. We cannot thank Jenny enough for everything that she did for us. I couldn’t recommend her more to those seeking a solicitor who is proactive, friendly, and a great communicator.

Excellent conveyancing experience
Kate Atkinson managed the conveyancing for the purchase of my new house and I was thoroughly impressed with her service. She kept me regularly updated on the process via telephone and email and was really clear with outlining the next steps. As well as the legal enquiries, she managed communication with the Estate Agents too. No task or question was ever too big.
As a solo buyer with a young child, I was quite nervous of the whole process but she really me put at ease with her diligent approach.
I have recommended Kate to friends and family and will definitely be instructing Kate in a future sale. She really was fantastic!

House purchase
Jenny and Lawrence were amazing! They guided us through our difficult house purchase every step of the way and were so professional and helpful. Really lovely people who were always prompt with replies and we really felt like they were on the journey with us! Head & Shoulders Above The Rest
I don't even know where to start with the service we received when buying our house from Jenny & Lawrence - outstanding, exceptional, incredible - are just some of the words that we can find to even start doing them justice.
Their attention to detail is unmatched, they were professional at all times but also friendly and approachable, they offered us advice and guided us when needed whilst also keeping us informed at every single step without any prompting from ourselves. Their service not only made our experience of buying our first house easy but also it was enjoyable!

Highly recommend!
When we were buying a house we wanted to make sure it would go as smoothly as possible and I cannot fault Bell lamb & Joynson at all! We had Jenny and Lawrence and they were always quick to respond to any questions and helped us through the house buying process. If you are First time buyers and are nervous I would highly recommend picking Bell lamb and Joynson!
