Sale of an Apartment
Katie Braithwaite of Bright Solicitors, Plymouth was recommended to us by Bradleys Estate Agents. We cannot fault the service she provided, along with that of her assistant, Victoria Witts. Throughout, Katie and Victoria have answered all our queries, both promptly and professionally. We had the misfortune for an initial sale to fall through at almost the completion stage and this was sympathetically handled by Katie. Fortunately, we have just completed with another buyer. We cannot thank Katie and Victoria enough for all their help and advice throughout the process.

A huge thank you to Katie Braithwaite who acted as our solicitor for both our sale and purchase and really went above and beyond throughout the whole process for us. We did not have an easy transaction at all with so many hurdles thrown our way but after 5 months we can finally say we have the keys to our dream family home and that is all thanks to Katie. I truly believe that if we had another solicitor then this would not of been possible! She was professional, knowledgeable and gave us the best advice through every step without any added stress to an already stressful time for us! She was always contactable and no question went unanswered, we cannot thank you enough Katie and we will highly recommend you to anyone who asks for a trustworthy and hardworking solicitor in the future!

House sale and purchase
We used Bright solicitors for our house sale and purchase. We were so glad we chose them as they were fantastic chasing up things for us (as we were on a time schedule to move house). They were always accessible on the phone, and were kind and helpful when we were panicking as we thought we were going to miss our deadlines. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Professional, efficient and friendly
My partner and I used Bright for purchasing a house. We haven't been through the conveyancing process before, and have also never instructed solicitors. Adam Tozer and his team (Lauren Pascoe and Katy Braithwaite) were professional, efficient and friendly throughout. They were easily contactable. The process felt straightforward. If Adam was away, a member of the team would seamlessly pick up from where we left off so there were no unnecessary delays. Overall, our experience was positive and we would recommend using Bright.

Bright were recommended to us through our estate agent & we have been so so grateful that Katie & Victoria have been our point of contact throughout. We started this process back in October with 1 fall through & now we have finally exchanged on our family home & moving tomorrow! I knew buying & selling was going to be stressful but a lot of other factors heightened these emotions through the process. Katie & Victoria the past 10 months have been the BEST go to contact, they would respond to our email within the same day without a doubt, any time I called the phone they would answer. We have consistently been filled with reassurance, kindness & support the whole process and do not know what we would have done with them both. This is the second time we have used Brights solicitors. Having moved house several times previously they are of a different standard.
The service is professional, prompt (often same day replies to queries), friendly and if the highest standard.
