I would give zero stars if I could.
Poor service. Always chasing and complaining before anything got done.
Always out of office and reply email to say DO NOT contact us as we are busy and if we reply to your emails it could delay things further.
Over stretched business which did not do anything right.
Recommended by the estate agent, one of the reasons we went with them to improve our chances of getting the property. You could call it bundling, which is illegal.
Report was sent as PDF instead of hard copy. Contract was sent with mistakes which we picked up.
I would not ever ever use again. I would have pulled out except we were too far down the line with tight deadline of competing before stamp duty increase.
Use if you want a nightmare

First Time Buyer
Joanne was very personable. I experienced dealing with a challenging vendor, Joanne gave honest advice throughout the process. As a first time buyer I felt reassured and was confident the solicitor was supportive and knowledgable to guide me through to purchase my first home, this process was unknown and new for me. I would certainly recommend Adkirk Law.
