layda Bal is a part of the immigration team at Axis Solicitors in Manchester. She provides legal consultation in all areas of personal immigration and divorce and child arrangement aspects of family law. She is mainly specialised in appeal matters on the refusal of all types of applications, legal representations for the removal of deportation, bail applications, administrative review, and pre-action protocol, whilst she also deals with visitor visas, immigration under partner and parent routes, indefinite leave to remain of all types, and naturalisation applications. She also has an experience on divorce applications, nullity applications, mediation for child arrangement, and court applications for child arrangement. Ilayda holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Edinburgh. Before this, she earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Bogazici University and certificate degree from University of Cambridge. Ilayda has previously worked as an immigration consultant for various leading law firms in Turkey and a Big-Four consultancy firm, having also had her own business in collaboration with an OISC-registered firm based in London in providing consultancy services for UKVI applications.
