The experience didn’t start the best due to a bit of a mix up and unrealistic expectations being set but I have to say Tayyeb took over midway and he communicated very well, reassured me and got me to the finish line !

I have been with axis for few years, my dad need to apply for asylum. All the teams are brilliant. They are really helpful and knowledgeable, have a lot of patience to answer your questions and prepare your upcoming case. After an error on my husbands Visa we had tried for 9 months following Home
Office guidance to rectify. With an expired visa , no work codes we was at a dead end ! Calling Axis for advice turned out to be the answer. Wasim kindly assisted us but genuinely ! I wasn’t a client just a member of the public not knowing what to do next. Two days later the issue was fixed . Wasim was kind , showed empathy and offered reassurance . We will be forever grateful

Appalling I had called them day before and what i had been quoted to what they tried to charge was crazy price is not a issue but don't try charge 3x what the solicitors firm next to you do avoid if you don't want to be overcharged really by all means this was my experience
