Negligence has cost us an open and closed case
This company is a total nightmare. We have called and sent many emails chasing this form to file our claim and even contacted Donna Tilbrooks office to get help.
We had a simple landlord and tenancy dispute and Glen Herbert missed all the deadlines and cost us our claim.
Utterly unacceptable and useless
