Absolutely Superb.
I had such a good experience with Hay & Kilner it's difficult to know where to start.
It was a very difficult time in my life and they took such great care of me. They were super professional but kind, always responsive and efficient, they knew their stuff inside out and guided me through the case managing my expectations but exceeding them at every step.
They were recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. Although it took much longer than we expected due to covid they were never downhearted and in the end they won my case.
I can't praise them enough.

Claim for incorrect medical treatment
After learning that I had a fault with a medical procedure, I was advised to contact this firm by a friend.
It was the best advice I could have had and cannot speak more highly of them.

Personal injury claim
Lauren represented me and my sister in what an extremely traumatic PI claim for medical negligence. We will never forget the kindness that lauren showed to us throughout and cannot praise her enough. Nothing will bring our dad back but with her help successfully brought the case to a conclusion with liability being admiited.
