It's hard to describe how brilliantly Stacey Baxter and her team have been, but if you don't want to read this whole review, just take my word that she and her team are incredible.

To start, absolutely nobody is perfect. That said, these guys run it pretty close.

Stacey and her team are a brilliant mix of knowledgeable, effective and communicative. Probably the most important three skills in conveyancing.

To start with the first of those skills, Stacey knew absolutely everything about a very complicated purchase. She was across the detail of our case and always knew immediately how to handle the next steps. She knew about every document, what needed to be done and how to get it sorted as quickly as possible.

And she was effective. Stacey and the team (special shoutout to Kiara Atkinson, also a gem) sorted everything at break-neck speeds. The seller's solicitors were extraordinarily problematic and are known to be some of the worst in this field. Stacey hounded them repeatedly for answers, pushed them when they tried to delay and forced this exchange over the line. With an even slightly less effective solicitor, there's no chance we would've completed before our mortgage expired. This is how far Stacey went: she literally started doing the seller's solicitor's work when they point blank refused to. It was an incredible show of genuine care - she didn't need to do any of that, but she did it because she knew how to and wanted to go that extra mile. That's what I mean when I say a slightly less effective solicitor wouldn't have got us there because other solicitors aren't Stacey.

Finally, communication. At the business end, it wasn't uncommon to have 5/10+ emails a day from Stacey and her team. My favourite example was a hectic day, and Stacey replied to multiple emails that involved complicated questions within 5 minutes. That level of service is uncommon nowadays, and we need to celebrate the people who make that effort to answer your worries and want to make a difference.

Through absolutely everything, they were there to hold our hands and make sense of what was happening. No request was ever too much; no question was ever too difficult.

It is really rare to find a professional service where the staff really do bat for the people they're representing. We could've easily become a number to TE, just a young couple waiting until they were ready to speak to us. Yet somehow, they always found the time to deal with every single request and sort every detail that we needed to get us our dream home.

Stacey, Kiara and the rest of her team changed mine and my partner's life. We'll always be grateful to them for everything they did for us <3
