Not very good, considering their in such a profession.
Never answered the phone, so always had to go to the shop. Sent out wrong documents on numerous occasions and didn't notice until i informed them. Blamed me for not filling in forms which delayed the sale of my house but they sent the wrong forms. Had attitude on the phone more than once. Left a lot of things until the last minute which needed to be sent to them weeks before but my family and i wasn't informed.

Property Sale

Absolute horror show
This law firm is a shambles. People leaving left and right and on the day of completion, phoned me to get bank statements and financial settlement documentation I had provided months earlier. The stress this caused me is appalling.
