Nothing was ever an issue
Used Adkirk law to support me in a dispute with ofsted. All I can say is that this company will go above and beyond in their duties. Nothing was ever to much and I always felt at ease with their advice and instructions I would never use anyone else

Very helpful personalised service
I received a letter inviting me to an interview under caution for an offence of fly tipping. I was very shocked to receive the letter, firstly as I was at a loss as to what it relate, and secondly, I work in a role in which any criminal conviction would have been devastating; even the investigation needed to be declared. Rachel was very reassuring from the outset and I felt very supported throughout the process, from seeking disclosure, advising and intervening where appropriate in the interview, to pressing the Council to rule me out as a suspect - which I eventually was. It was a very personalised service with Rachel fully taking on board my priorities and assimilating them into the strategy we adopted.

Engage the right lawyer!
I am a professional person and throughout my life I have always believed in lifelong learning.
In 2023 I personally found myself in a very difficult situation whilst studying part time on a post graduate course at a University. I am blind and had experienced disability discrimination for three years. I had nowhere I felt I could turn, but one call to Rachel was a game changer.
Rachel acted quickly, briefed fantastic counsel and ensured that my voice was heard – this being the most important aspect for me. At times of distress, she demonstrated patience and empathy for me. At the outset she explained that I was now her client (although I had known her for some time).
I felt truly supported as during times when my mental well-being was challenged, she gently encouraged me from time to time to complete my dissertation and I achieved a first in my MSc, whilst she was running my case and shielding me from contact which caused distress.
I could not have got through without this legal assistance and Rachel truly deserves an accolade for the sensitivity of her approach and her natural ability to reassure me at times of distress - and understood my mental health.
Rachel listens to her clients and makes every effort to achieve the most favourable results for them.

Amazing Support
For commercial reasons I have decided against making the company name public.
However, if it wasn’t for Rachel, whose knowledge, experience, support and knowledge of the legislation process I fear we would be in an unthinkable position.
I have got to state that in life you only get out what you put in, and at all times we were open and honest, engaging as much as we possibly could. Doing so allowed Rachel to advise us in a nonjudgmental and supportive way.
Not only did we win, but we also learned an awful lot about how to approach situations that we had never been in.
I have kept her number on my phone, I recommend her 100%

misconduct investigation
Rachel Adamson has been outstanding from the very beginning and throughout. Her advice guidance and manner has made me feel supported through what has been a horrendous year. She has gone the extra mile appropriately challenging failings in the investigation and to CPS. i feel very lucky to have been represented by her.

Exceptional legal support
I would thoroughly recommend Rachel Adamson. She was truly exceptional in her legal advice, empathy and support during what was a very difficult time. Rachel provided clear advice, and was extremely proactive in preparing a very strong case, with exceptional communication at every stage of the process. She went above and beyond to ensure that every angle was covered and I honestly believe that we were only able to obtain the witness statements we needed for our case due to Rachel's personal approach. An exceptional solicitor - thank you, Rachel, we are so grateful to you.

Thank you so much for such a positive review. It is easy to do my best work when presented with such an obvious miscarriage of justice. I am glad I helped you achieve the outcome.
