I dealt with Emma Jones at the company, she was very clear and transparent in regards to the costings, on top of this she never failed to answer the phone which i regard as a huge positive. Will give you a buzz when I come to flog the property!

I have dealt with the conveyancing department on several occasions and found the department and all their staff to be very helpful, efficient and friendly. Any messages left have been dealt with promptly and I have been recontacted in a short space of time with any required extra information. A well run department.

I would highly recommend Gardner Leader. I worked with Emma, and she was incredibly helpful throughout my first purchase. I had heard mixed things about solicitors and was initially hesitant when choosing one, but I’m very glad I went with Gardner Leader. Emma exceeded my expectations—communication was excellent, I didn't had to chase for updates, and she always took the time to answer all my questions.
I was prepared to pay a bit more for a better service, but their pricing was actually very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be recommending Gardner Leader to others and using them for my next purchase!

Gardner Leader are always efficient and knowledgeable, but also friendly and ready to help in any way needed. I have also dealt with them after the death of my husband and received understanding and support. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anything legal.

Just book them. Emma and Helen were the only ones who kept my sanity in the house buying process. I move to them from another solicitor, with whom I had the most stressful experience with. On contrast, gardner leader was extremely professional, communicative, polite and responsive. They are a credit to the profession and our massive thank you for the assistance for our new build purchase. They were also able to change some TP1 clauses to which our previous solicitor said was “non negotiable”. Shows you Gardner and Leader has teeth and competence to get things done.

I simply wanted to engage a firm of solicitors for the conveyancing of my deceased mother's property, with costs appropriate to the work undertaken. Not to initially be faced with 'essential', 'standard,', 'premium', tariffs - why cheapen yourselves to supermarket shopping?

The service was excellent, i have instructed Emma on two mortgages, my very first to purchase a shared ownership property and now this one for buying 100% ownership of my shared-ownership property and it was a highly stressful time until it was in Emma's hands which went smoothly. I had full clarity from day one, great communication and an excellent service! I will highly recommend and should i ever sell this house in the future,i will be instructing Emma and her team once again. Thank you very much!
