Great Service and Communication from the outset...
Whilst dealing with Family matters can always be a tough, Sophie held my hand from the beginning to the end and I personally feel that without this, and whilst going through such an ordeal, I wouldn't have been able to cope. Through the turmoils of dealing with Social Services, Court, Doctors, Police, the level of professionalism alongside a personal and heartfelt touch was always welcomed from Sophie. She personally flexed her style to understand my personality and my needs and fully supported me, clearly explained, and always followed up with a telephone call - of which were never short, as I need the detailed fully explained in a greater depth.
Sophie, with her calming and soft nature, understood what was needed and what wasn't and I felt like she was the only one fighting my corner, which is always a great help especially where there are so many professionals having opinions.
Even after her part was over, she would always check in and make sure I was ok, and always had her door open for any little questions I may have.
Sophie is a credit to the profession and firm and I just want to thank you so much for everything.

first class service
My solicitor Sophie Lamont went above and beyond her job role in helping/supporting me during the most difficult time of my life. She was able to explain the court process in terms that I understood and would always check my understanding. This helped in alleviating my stress and I was able to return to work due sooner than expected due to the support and advice she gave me. Sophie is very friendly and approachable. She dealt with all of the difficult matters in a timely manner and her communication skills were fantastic, I was kept fully aware at every stage of the court process. I could never thank Sophie enough for what she did for me and family.

From the beginning of our time working with Sophie we felt very comfortable with all zoom,telephone and face to face meetings.
Sophie was so professional and yet very very friendly. We were kept up to date throughout our time working with her. Nothing was too much trouble with her, she made a very difficult time in our lives so much easier.
