Amazing and kind service - highly recommended!
This is the fifth time that I have been involved in a house sale/purchase and Vanessa provided the best service! Yes, the service was professional and competent. Purchase & Sale Conveyancing Services
Vanessa and the team are fantastic, I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. I used Vanessa Newman Property Lawers for the conveyancing of the sale of property and purchasing of my onward property. Vanessa and the whole team are friendly and professional and kept me updated on progress continually throughout the process. There were a few hurdles at the end of the process which were very stressful, Vanessa went above and beyond to resolve the issues and represent me as her client ensuring we completed on the arranged date, I doubt this would have happened without Vanessa's persistence and professionalism.

House Purchase Oct 2023
I could not rate Vanessa any higher! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process of me purchasing my home. Her perseverance and dedication, especially when dealing with difficult solicitors on the other side, was invaluable. Without her hard work and determination, I honestly don’t think I would have been able to complete the purchase. Vanessa made a stressful process much easier, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and support. Highly recommend!

Help to buy completion
Vanessa and the team were fantastic throughout my ordeal with the, so called help to buy people.
I dealt with Vanessa mainly as this was her first time dealing with the help to buy ( I think ) too. The whole team are highly respected and recommended by myself and family after everything they have done

Efficient and helpful
Vanessa Newman answered my initial call quickly and sent a quote immediately after the call. Other solicitors were nowhere near as efficient. So I chose Vanessa. She gave helpful advice on handling id for my elderly father with no current photo id. She handled the house sale well and we were able to complete quite quickly.
