So helpful and made everything easy
Vanessa and her team were brilliant with helping us staircase in our shared ownership property. They made everything so easy and were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend their services.

No communication, not helpful
Being a first time buyer (it is stressful as it is), I would have liked them to explain me things instead of just sending me paperwork without even explaining what is… And using technical words that Im not familiar with. Horrible communication, they never kept me informed of anything and took such a long time to respond back with any query- I was being evicted from another property and I had to end up booking and air bnb (they wouldn't give me any time frames, I didn’t even know how long to book the airbnb for). I ended up booking it for two months (just in case). After having explained all this to them in several occasions, they still failed to be clear with me. I kept asking them to give me some sort of time frame and they only notified me about the moving in date with 2 weeks in advance. I had to pay the Airbnb and the house for a whole month because of them not being able to give me a completion date before. Vanessa was supposed to be dealing with my property and when the time of closing the deal came (the last month of the process) she was out of the office for a couple of weeks without even letting me know. They sent me invoices with the wrong amount on it - good that I checked, there was a HUGE difference… I had to call them as I almost had a heart attack thinking how I was going to pay for that… I have never had such a bad experience. Would not recommend, sorry

Very professional and very friendly
Vanessa Newman and the team were always helpful and friendly whenever I asked a question or had any concerns. All answers were quick and concise and explained in such a way that I could understand exactly what was going on. They were very easy to reach, usually being able to get in contact with them immediately.
I highly recommend their services and would very likely use them in future.

Highly recommended for a smooth transaction
The estate agents wanted us to use their 'preferred' solicitors, but so glad we didn't listen and found Vanessa and her team for our house purchase last year. She made the whole process as easy as possible, explained every step clearly and kept us updated of progress. Highly recommended and we would definitely use again.

Excellent service and attention to detail
Vanessa and her team were excellent for both my sale and purchase. Dealing with some thorny issues and curve balls in an efficient manner. Ensuring I was protected from any risks identified during the selling and buying process, really felt like a valued client.
