This was my first time using Bright due to my regular solicitors not taking on the work I needed at the time.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan, Jack and Ethan across different departments. All were excellent, the level of communication was very high and their eye for detail second to none.
Special thanks to Ryan who made a turbulent 14 day completion on an auction purchase feel like a breeze. Safe to say I will not be returning to my regular solicitors just round the corner..

Jane Holliss House sale
We recently used Brights solicitors for the sale of a house. We would like to commend Sharna, Jo and Ethan who dealt with our legal matters. We found all contact to be professional, helpful and friendly. They were prompt to deal with matters as they arose and answered any of our queries confidently.

Buying second property
I used bright 2/3 years ago to purchase my first property and my experience was 5* and very good, when I left a review I mentioned I’d use them again, this time I used them they were even better than last time! I would genuinely never use anyone else. Buying a house is stressful but bright did everything they can to ensure everything was done smoothly and as fast as they could. HUGE thank you to George and Ethan who dealt with us!

Fantastic service
The service was absolutely fantastic from the solicitors. We mainly dealt with a gentleman called Ethan and to be completely honest he couldn't have done more to help us. Unlike lots of solicitors everytime we needed to talk to somebody we could to discuss the next step in the process of purchasing our property. I will definitely be using this company again it's true you get what you pay for.

Property Sale
This is the first time we have used Bright Solicitors and we can't fault them.We were very fortunate to have Ethan Cochrane acting for us.Right from the start Ethan kept us fully informed.Ethan kept us updated on everything whether it be good or bad and did a thoroughly professional job in dealing with a not straight forward transaction.We would highly recommend Ethan and the company and would not hesitate in using them again.
