Quick turnaround
I've engaged with Mohammed at BMTC on several occasions now and have always been impressed with his knowledge and professional approach to the task in hand. My most recent engagement was no exception. I required and very quick turn around to sell a commercial property and Mohammed was able to get from start to finish in just over a week. Lease Writing
Mohammed worked into unsociable hours to get this task done. He sent me reminders when things were getting to slow and it was clear to see wanted to get over the finish line. He kept me on my toes and provide great advise and guidance along the way.

Commercial property
Well what can I say, i’v had two dealings with Mr Rahman. One being a purchase of a commercial property and the second being a lease transfer.
Both times Mr Rahman was very professional and knowledgeable in what I needed to have done. He was always available even for the littlest questions that arise at times where you’re not soo sure with, always had excellent communication with myself from start to end. I would highly recommend this firm in particular Mr Rahman as iv had all my dealings through him. Thank you once again for everything and for your sincere determination into getting these both situations sorted for me asap.

Sale and purchase of my property
Mohammed is the best solicitor. He answered any questions I had and always gave good advice. He was very thorough with the checks on my new property and pointed out every detail I should be aware of on the searches, mortgage etc that I never would have p noticed. He also answered my emails pretty much any time of the day as he never seems to stop working!! It is nice to find a solicitor that you can have direct contact with if you have any questions. Would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional Law Firm
I used BMTC Law to purchase my new home after relocating back to Northampton.
