I appreciated the support received from Mr Robson and also Cath the advisor in a difficult situation arising from a long term employee for cleaning declining to co operate with the implementation of a contract for her work when we realised that she did not have one. This was a consequence of her being employed in two roles as a cleaner and as a carer with a contract that transferred to an agency when care of my disabled son was taken over by the NHS. One problem was that she had taken on a third job which interfered with her jobs in our home as she was 'working' over 90 hours but was not accepting that she wasn't helping herself or us. This led to a breakdown in our previously good relationship and she was unable to return in either capacity. It was a difficult time as she had felt like part of our family for years. My sister and I recommended our brother came to you with an employment problem afterwards.

Although from start to finish the process took nearly 2 years, I felt looked after, supported and kept informed throughout this journey. Taking a previous employer to court, wasn’t an easy thing to do, but as a great believer in standing up for what is right, it was the correct thing to do and Howard and his team, helped me to do that. The final outcome was a good one and I am pleased that I went down this process with Warner Goodman, so thank you all.

Great personalised service in my hour of need. Life circumstances led me to a job where I was overqualified - and in combination with a poor boss it gradually created tensions, increasing inappropriate behaviour and ultimately some workplace bullying. A settlement agreement was proposed and I needed to find another job. Warner Goodman wasn't the first law firm I approached, but it was the first that seemed to offer the personalised service I was looking for when others gave the impression of an impersonal production line covering the basics only. Howard Robson was incredibly supportive, helping to compose an email to my boss to deal with some inappropriate game-playing and to get some bullying behaviour documented at a point when time was critical. He took over the stressful negotiation process on my behalf and had more success than I'd had getting a switch from PILON to garden leave - critically important towards ensuring no hint of a problem from a future employer's perspective. he also supporting with other tactical elements of my battle and always in a timely manner. It was an incredibly difficult period, but Howard's support was just what I needed to get through it. I'm now happily working at another company and my career is back on track.
