Disgustingly incompetent company which deserves to be struck off! Kirsten Macdonald filed my stamp duty return incorrectly and misadvised me on the amount of stamp duty due. The Completion Department then failed to lodge the sale with Land Registry. The whole affair has been a complete mess. Its almost 2 years later Im still suffering as a result. When I tried to lodge a formal complaint I was threatened with costs for the work they didnt do in the first place. This has cost me a lot of time, money and major headaches. For your own sake please STAY AWAY!
