Julie, who joined TSP in September 1995, works as a Paralegal dealing with both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. When Julie left school she trained to be a secretary in Bournemouth, before joining a Chelmsford firm as a Wills and Estates Secretary. She joined TSP as a part-time member of the Debt Recovery team before later moving to the Personal Injury team where she trained and qualified as a Paralegal, passing her ILEx Level 3 Diploma in Vocational Paralegal Studies with a merit in 2003. In 2014 Julie extended the range of work that she undertakes, adding clinical negligence work to her portfolio. The Legal 500: In 2019/20 the Thompson Smith and Puxon Clinical Negligence team was once again recommended by the Legal 500 and ranked amongst the best firms in the South east of England in this practice area.
