I cannot recommend Gepps Solicitors enough. Over the past 3 years, they have assisted me during the toughest time when my brother passed away. He died intestate during lockdown.
I firstly dealt with Chantelle Bradley, who assisted in settling probate, at the same time writing my Will along with my LPA and EPA.
It took a year for probate to be granted and after Chantelle had left Gepps, I dealt with Raine Cozens, who assisted me with many issues with my late brother's property which suffered a serious of leaks, finally taking almost 2 years to sort out. I was also given advice by Gepps litigation dept during this time.
whilst Raine has been on maternity leave, I have been dealing with Alison Kendall, who helped finalise my late brother's final estate accounts.
I have also deal with Katie Jacksons conveyancing team who handled the sale of property at the end of last year.
The amount of time, patience and advice extended to me throughout the 3 years has been exceptional. Trying to navigate my way through all of the many issues alone, would have been impossible. All of the people I have had the pleasure of speaking with treated me with such kindness and have been so thoughtful, I cannot thank them all enough and will be forever grateful.

ALL ROUND SERVICE; PROBATE, WILLS AND CONVEYANCING OF SALE OF PROPERTY
My experience with Gepps over the past 3 years has been exceptional. They have handled probate after the passing of my brother, assisted me making my own Will, EPA and LPA and with finally assisted me with many issues with my late brother's property culminating in the conveyancing of the sale of the property which completed today.
I cannot thank all of the solicitors and their teams enough for all their help and support through what has been a very stressful and upsetting few years. I have never had to chase them for anything, they are knowledgeable, proactive and provide a first class service. They helped make my life a little bit easier to deal with.
I would highly recommend Gepps to anyone and I do!

No respond
Not sure where to start. Unfortunately, Raine Cozens didn't get back to me. I tried to call her and email her for the last couple of weeks. No luck with any response. Waiting for probate for more than a year and I'm just a tenant who would like to move my leasehold agreement which has been agreed with my landlady before she passed away. Stuck here this year full 9 months of pregnancy and I'm still waiting with a 2-month-old newborn who destroyed my maternity leave also. So sorry but it isn't fair to people. Regards, Anna

Wills, Trusts and Probate
Our experience started very well with Greg Johns, who has now left the company. It continued after handover with Raine Cozens very smoothly. We felt well advised and any queries were dealt with very efficiently. My only concern was the length of time it took for the Grant of Probate to be sent to us. Although it was dated 16 June, it was only sent out to us one month later after I asked where it was. I note that the invoice was dated 24 June, and at a time we needed to progress the closing of the estate this was an unwelcome delay. The invoice was sent at the same time as the Grant of Probate.
