Sale of existing property and purchase of new property
Dave Eastman and Asia Gurung did an excellent job in the sale of our existing property and purchase of our new property. The whole of the sale and purchase turned out to be far more complicated than anybody could have envisaged and it was only due to their hard work and perseverance that the whole thing was completed. The final matter was only completed after several weeks of work on both their parts. We sincerely thank them both.

conveyancing for sale of London property
The efficient service provided ensured the flat was sold within a very tight time frame made somewhat complicated by the extraneous requirements made by the buyers solicitor. The timely response by both conveyancing solicitor and his assistant were very much appreciated. Both offered considerable guidance in a somewhat stressful situation.
