A very concientious lawyer
I have instructed Karen in the past and therefore had no hesitation in instructing Karen for my latest complex sale and purchase, sale to part exchange company and related new build, both with tight timeframes. My overview is of somebody massively concientious, who knows her subject inside out and who can always find or make the time for every query however small. Emails are promptly and accurately dealt with. Karen has a good team working with her who are equally very communicative. She works to exacting standards and has been a pleasure to deal with. The fees are very reasonable for the amount of care and attention on offer. I would 100% recommend Karen!

Excellent Service
I chose Karen King based on the excellent reviews I had come across.
As a first-time buyer in my sixties and with severe commitment issues, Karen and her team were patient and professional throughout. Even asking at one point if I wanted to go ahead! I was put first - and not the sale of the property.
But what I am extremely grateful for is for the thoroughness that Karen and her team displayed with regards to the somewhat complicated leases etc. on the development I was buying on. Karen even picked up on an issue, which the previous owner's conveyancing solicitor had not done! Because of Karen's expertise a Deed of Variation was drawn up - which will make selling my property a lot easier! I dread to think what might have happened if I had chosen another firm - the issue might very well have again been overlooked! Left with a property I may very well have had severe difficulties selling just doesn't bear thinking about. But thanks to Karen and her team - that didn't happen. The Land Registry has a huge backlog, and yet Karen's secretary followed up with Land Registry and I received the Deed of Variation this morning. If I am lucky enough to purchase another property I will definitely come back to Churchers Solicitors and to Karen. A BIG thank you to Karen and her team.

Karen and Team Churchers
For a first time UK house buyer the whole process was made so smooth by Karen and her team. Karen took the lead from the very start of our purchase process and made it seamless. We had nothing to worry about and the work carried out from her team was amazing! I was always lead to belueve that the pricess would be a long drawn out and painful process. My experience with Karen and her team could not have been more removed from this. Informative, friendly and helpful throughout. I cant thank you enough. Highly recommended for all and any future house purchases.

We were cancelled by our old solicitor, and Karen and her team picked up our case and went straight to work for us, achieving to get our dream house on time. They saved us. Professional, Efficient and Empathetic
My purchase was a difficult one and required a solicitor who was responsive, persistent, highly knowledgeable and uncompromising in ensuring my best interests. In Karen King I received all that and so much more, she has the amazing Debbie to support her and between the two of them, the communication was absolutely first class and the many complexities were dealt with such ease and Karen preempted so many of the potential issues. Sale of apartment
Karen and Debbie were very helpful during a rather stressful period of selling an apartment. She was always available to chat through problems and suggested possible solutions. Karen kept to promised timescales and everything was completed on time - and without fuss!
