A difficult lease negation ...
Katie helped us through a difficult period when our tenant prevaricated and delayed in the signing of a new lease on a property on which they had held the tenancy for some years - and then decided not to renew. Her advice was pro-active and clear, and her actions were all very timely. At the end of the process I was entirely satisfied with both the service we had received and the very fair invoice. We will certainly use Churchers / Katie when we next lease the currently empty property.
