I recently joined Wollens in the Property Department in their Barnstaple office having been at my previous firm for nine years. I began my legal career 18 years ago at a law firm in London, starting off as a receptionist, which led to becoming a legal secretary and eventually handling my own caseload as a fee earner. I have gained experience in Private Client, but my main expertise is in Residential Conveyancing (to include sales, purchases, re-mortgaging and transfer of equity). It is really important to me that I am able to guide my clients through what can be a very daunting and stressful experience, and working alongside a great team of people with experience, knowledge and qualifications in different areas of law, we aim to make each transaction as smooth as possible. Since moving to this beautiful part of the country 12 years ago, I have settled in Braunton with my husband and nine year old son. As a family we love scenic walks, trips to the beach, holidays abroad and simply relaxing watching a movie with a big bowl of popcorn.

About Nadia Irwin
I recently joined Wollens in the Property Department in their Barnstaple office having been at my previous firm for nine years. Successful completion of house sale

Nadia was pleasure to do business with in the selling of my father's house. She made the process easier by dealing efficiently with any of the inevitable issues that arise in a house sale and kept us updated at all times during the lengthy selling process. She was easy to contact both by phone and email and her advice was easy to understand. Nadia was always polite, friendly and approachable (even contacting us during her annual leave to make sure things were going through.) This was very much appreciated.

House sale and purchase
Wollens have handled 1 house sale and 3 house purchases for us in the last 2 years. We have found them very easy to deal with, with clear communication via Email, phone and letter. At times proceedings dragged on through no fault of Wollens, but we were kept abreast of progress (or lack of it sometimes!). Thank you Nadia !
