From beginning to end, queries were promptly responded to. Support and patience was given when using online document formats.
Feedback and updates through hiccups which delayed the process (Land registry)

Stress-free conveyancing
Using EMG Solicitors to purchase our first house was definitely the right choice.
Our conveyancers were regularly in contact with updates, identified and resolved issues as they arose, and were always quick to reply to any queries I sent them. They were on the ball throughout the process and allowed us to go from offer to completion in just over two months.
I found the fee reasonable and competitive. It was definitely value for money given the service, with no hidden charges - the final invoice was the same as the original quotation.
I’d happily recommend EMG and I would definitely use them again if I were to move home.

A seamless transition.
Thank you EMG for guiding me recently through the sale and purchase of properties.
Not being involved in such matters before, I have to admit that I was slightly hesitant, but Lauren, Ruth and Victoria were always at hand. Their prompt replies to queries and any explanation that I needed, made it a trouble free experience.
