Excellent service from Jackie Kitching and her team. Jackie was knowledgeable and very efficient. She kept negotiations on track when things threatened to derail. She responded quickly to emails and was friendly and sympathetic. The only issue was the 6 month delay in receiving the deeds and title . After I had emailed a couple of times, Jackie chased the Land Registry and the issue was resolved immediately. I did wonder if this would have been done if I hadn't emailed ( and forgotten about it). Otherwise very happy with the service I received. Would certainly use Barcan and Kirby again and have already recommended to friends.
