The service represents poor value
We were kept waiting 30 minutes and at the end of our one and a half meeting the solicitor said "I'm not sure how to proceed." Following our suggestion it was agreed that a letter would be sent to the offending party! Before we left the premises we were asked to pay a £900 retainer/forward payment. However, when we received a breakdown of the services so far, the costs were just a few pounds shy of £900!! Not the best experience and certainly not a service worth recommendation.

However, we do not believe this reflects the experience you had, as we have evidence that you expressed appreciation for the work carried out throughout your case. Our fees were transparently outlined from the outset in correspondence, and the retainer covered the agreed legal work, including advice, correspondence, and case review which was carried out over a period of 4 months. Additionally, Mr. Shipman dedicated a significant amount of time providing you with advice and reviewing documents free of charge, for which you were never billed. While we always strive to remain punctual, unexpected court commitments and extended prior consultations can occasionally impact scheduling. We do our utmost to minimise such occurrences and apologise for any inconvenience caused. While we respect every client’s right to share their experience, we do hope that feedback fairly reflects the service provided rather than the outcome of a case. We have contacted you by telephone to discuss your concerns, which were not raised at all during the duration of the case. Whilst we remain disappointed by your comments we were pleased to learn that our efforts contributed to the matter being partly resolved and we wish you all the best for the future. Mr shipman was amazing with my Deedpol he explained everything to me in detail and he was also very patient with me as I has to change the original signing I would recommend him and his firm

I'm so happy how he deal with me case he was change me mind and make it straight how I want it .. I can say I was so stressed I want just done it but he clown me down he make sure I got another opportunity and he make it work... I been very good treat and me boyfriend was suprize to how David done so much .. I'm so happy and best experience what I have.. if I will have problems I will come back.. many thanks David

Excellent
David was a delight to talk to and work with. He made me feel completely at ease, listened to what I had to say, incredibly empathetic and basically got me more than that I had hoped for. He is clearly very experienced, full of knowledge and because of this the whole process was smooth sailing and complete value for money.

Relax
I met Mr Shipman after a very unsettling experience. He introduced himself and in a very relaxed way told me what would/could happen and what I would have to do. Needless to say I came from our meeting feeling much better about the future than before I met him.
The lady in reception was also very sensitive and welcoming.

excellent advice and representation
Thanks to David’s excellent representation and intervention we were able to successfully prevent a court hearing which would have resulted in a conviction. This was successfully downgraded to a police caution which was the fair and just outcome.
