They have taken almost £3000 from me and have stopped answering my email inquiries. My first point of contact, Tessa, was extremely unprofessional and did not have a good understanding of my needs yet kept charging me. What should have cost £800 for one letter + rebuttal cost almost £3000 and I only got one letter with no rebuttal. Now I have a target on my back because I opened this door. This has caused a great deal of emotional distress. Chris Hadrill, partner, took over case but refuses to answer emails and/or close my case. Use with extreme caution. I am not sure these positive reviews are real based on my experience.
