Simon is experienced in advising on a wide range of injury law cases, including accidents that occurred in the work place or on the road; as well as complex clinical negligence cases worth six figure sums. He has helped clients ranging from a seven year old girl involved in a road accident, to a dental negligence claim; a client who was misdiagnosed with breast cancer; another who received incorrect foot surgery; and the family of a man who died after his doctor failed to diagnose a congenital heart problem. Simon’s cases are varied, however he always applies the same level of compassion and care in his service to clients.
