Friendly and professional
Emma is knowledgeable and very easy to speak to. She got to grips with all of the requirements in my will and made it an easy and pleasurable experience. Any questions I had were answered immediately and had any benefits or otherwise explained to me. Overall a good experience and I would definately use this firm again.

Very Good Service Regarding Making a Will
We have recently used Pepperells, for setting up our will.
Emma was very professional, and gave good advice and guidance regarding what we needed to consider, and how to structure our will.
We had two meetings with Emma, and everything was completed as per our timings and requests.
Communications was good both via email and also telephone.

Outstanding service
Came to Pepperells to make a Will. Was dealt with by Emma Speckman. The advice and service offered was outstanding. A highly efficient young woman who took us through all the processes well.

Efficient, friendly and reliable service
