My Experience
This was my first claim against my former employer, and my first claim ever! and I was so concerned and confused on what to do, so I speaking to my union and some friends who have recommended me solicitors. The union had a partnership with Watkins and Gunn, so I thought financially it would make sense to go with Watkins and Gunn, but I had no idea if this would go well in my favour, expecially sense I sent the claim in while I was still employed, I knew that by law, my former employer can't discipline me, but I never liked to fight, but I knew once my health and safety was at risk, I had to fight them.
I was assigned with Ffion, and once again, I was still very nervous, and I didn't know what to do, and how to do it, so my best bet was listening to Ffion. She had kept me up to date with everything, talked to me on what's going on through the phone, and made sure that everything was my choice.
I was lucky to have the union to have provided me with the financial support, and I was lucky to have worked with someone like ffion who held my hand and guided me through every decision against my ex-employer. Literally, everything question I wanted to ask, every concern I had, every advice that I wanted to hear, Ffion was there to support me and provided me with enough confidence against my former employer.
I wish Watkins and Gunn as well as Ffion all the best in the future, and I know if I need help again, I would contact Ffion to help.

Excellent Care For Clients!
To begin with I was unsure if this was ever going to be solved as it’s my first time experiencing any kind of claim procedure, Kayleigh assured me from the start that they are working on it and I just left it to the professionals, after a bit of back and forth with the opposing firm I was contacted with an offer that astonished me, offer was accepted and case closed, huge thank you to Kayleigh and any other individuals that took part in helping with the claim!
