Rachel Brinkley joined Smith & Co Solicitors in June 2024 and chose to work with the firm due to their forward-thinking ideas on the use of technology in the legal workplace as well as their dedication to delivering a client-friendly experience as well as forward-thinking IT systems. Rachel began her law career by studying a Foundation Degree in Law at Sunderland University before moving to Norfolk and continuing her studies with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She is proud of my academic endeavours having achieved six distinctions and one merit for my CILEX Level 3 Diploma. These were followed by a distinction in the CILEX Level 6 Certificate for Probate Practice and a merit for the Law of Wills & Succession unit.
