Probate for my mum
Probate which initially was straight forward became problematic due to lack of co operation from family member. Jessica was efficient and harding working to get a satisfactory outcome. Her manner was friendly but professional at all times.

Jess explained everything clearly and the communication was always issued in a promptly manner.
My partner struggled to fit in meetings and Jess accommodated late evening appointments to suit us.

Making a Will
Jessica was amazing, I kept putting off making a will as it was complicated not knowing what would be in my best interest as I have a disabled son. She explained everything in detail and went through the options I had and set up a Trust. Such a load off my mind knowing I have this in place now.
