The Gardner Leader team worked extrmely hard for us on what was a somewhat complicated sale and purchase process including moving out before we could move into the new house. Throughout we felt that our solicitors were much more conscientious, timely and available than the other firms working on the deals.

Jo Dainty ran the file from start to finish, she did an amazing job, communicating to us, explaining every stage of the process. She's an asset to Gardner Leader. Cate communicated with us when the exchange and completion happened, She also informed us of a delayed exchange caused by the buyer finances.

We were incredibly happy working with Cate and her team. She helped our house-buying process feel smooth, something I know not everybody is lucky enough to have! From start to finish, my property sale was handled with courtesy, professionalism and sensitivity - given the fact that it was necessitated by a bereavement. Cate was generous with her time on the phone on several occasions; providing reassurance and guidance when needed. The whole team were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I had the sense that they were always acting in my best interests. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
