Very professional.....Highly recommended
We were first time buyers and Lauren managed our contracts. She was extremely professional and informative throughout the process from searches to final completion.
She was very proactive to and ensured completion ahead of target dates. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Conveyancing Experience
We used David Barney & Co to sell our leasehold flat and purchase our new property. Throughout the process Lauren has been excellent. Communication was always prompt and clear, and everything has been turned around very quickly. We felt that Lauren represented our interests very well, and would have no issue in recommending her or the firm to anybody looking for conveyancing services.

Amazing service from Lauren
I would personally like to thank Lauren for amazing service received when selling and buying our home. She regularly kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and responded to all our questions immediately and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. She made the whole process smooth and straightforward, (which is unlike any service I have received from other solicitors as normally it is very complicated) She was always available when we needed to speak to her and completed everything to a high standard and in a timely manner. The service she provided was first class and efficient and I really felt like she was doing the best for us personally, rather than just doing her job and tickling boxes. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her.

Convenyancing
Our experience with Lauren was excellent. She was thorough and diligent when handling our sale and purchase. She was proactive with emails and reminders and sent prompt replies. She was knowledgeable and answered all queries that we had. She took my calls and called back if I left messages. Made the whole process very manageable.

Fast and efficient
