I have experience in all aspects of the residential property market including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, remortgages, registered and unregistered titles as well as transfers of equity and gifts of land. I pride myself on providing to all my clients a friendly, efficient and high-quality service at a fixed fee, offering practical advice in plain English. I ensure that at the start of any matter, I provide you with a written quotation confirming all our charges so that you are happy before we proceed. I also liaise closely with the estate agents involved to ensure the transaction progresses as quickly as possible so that you can move into your new home.

Really appreciated the support of Tracy and Tay when buying my first home. The app has been very useful, and I have appreciated timely feedback via email which was my preferred method of contact. As first time buyers we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team at Oliver & Co were on it from start to finish and were fantastic throughout. A special mention for Tay Whelan who is an absolute credit to the business. No request was was too much to ask and she was so responsive to all our questions. Without hesitation we'd use Tay and the team again.

I cannot recommend Tay enough, she made buying and selling my house seamless and make a really stressful experience positive. Tay updated me at every opportunity without being prompted. I would recommend Oliver & Co to anyone and I will definitely use them in the future!
