Amazing service from start to finish! Tracy and Tayla have been fantastic and responsive the whole way through my sale and purchase. Both my partner and I are repeat clients and would never use another conveyancer other than Tracy!

We used Oliver & Co for our conveyancing. Tay had a huge role in the process for buying our house, she communicated with us regularly regarding progress and any information she required. The seller’s solicitors were fairly difficult which slowed down the process, but Oliver & Co did everything they could to push for a timely completion. We will definitely use them again for our next purchase!

Wanted to extend my thanks to Oliver & Co, in particular Tracy and Dan, who handled the conveyancing for the sale of my property. Not only did they do an amazing job to turn the account around quickly under tight circumstances with a demanding buyer, they were swift to respond and did everything with great attention to detail.

I'll definitely use Oliver & Co again for any future conveyancing, they took a lot of the headaches out of what is ordinarily a hugely stressful process. Thanks so much guys!

We had an overall good experience working with Oliver & Co for conveyancing - they were communicative and responsive, which is not often the norm with solicitors. Knocked off a couple of stars because there were a few mistakes that kept having to be rectified from the word go - had to keep correcting certain details repeatedly which was frustrating and stressful, and when I edited the property details via their portal, it didn't save the changes which then caused some delays during enquiries from the other side. There was also documentation requested by the other side, including images taken of boundaries etc, which we made sure we'd sent over immediately, only to find they were never forwarded. Things like that. So I'm sorry I can't give a five-star review but as I say, apart from all that, overall a decent experience and Dan and Tracy were very helpful and patient during this stressful transaction, and they got us there in the end.
