I cannot recommend Tay enough, she made buying and selling my house seamless and make a really stressful experience positive. Tay updated me at every opportunity without being prompted. I would recommend Oliver & Co to anyone and I will definitely use them in the future!

We were reccomended Oliver & Co by our mortgage advisor and are so thankful we decided to use them! The whole process was extremely smooth. Tay was quick on answering any queries we had and the communication was excellent. The whole process was totally stress free and we would 100% reccomend them to friends and family. The fee's were reasonable and clearly explained and we felt like we could go to Tay whenever we were unsure of something.

Amazing service from start to finish! Tracy and Tayla have been fantastic and responsive the whole way through my sale and purchase. Both my partner and I are repeat clients and would never use another conveyancer other than Tracy!

We used Oliver & Co for our conveyancing. Tay had a huge role in the process for buying our house, she communicated with us regularly regarding progress and any information she required. The seller’s solicitors were fairly difficult which slowed down the process, but Oliver & Co did everything they could to push for a timely completion. We will definitely use them again for our next purchase!
