Recently completed a house purchase with Brights. The process was very smooth and efficient from start to finish. Communication flow was excellent, we were always updated about where we were up to and what the next steps were. At no point did we have to chase for anything. Always very prompt to answer emails and very easy to get hold of on the phone. All in all what is normally a very stressful transaction was incredibly straight forward and problem free. Thank you Brights and thank you especially to Adam Tozer and Lauren Pascoe for looking after our house purchase. Would definitely recommend Brights to friends and family.

Professional, efficient and friendly
My partner and I used Bright for purchasing a house. We haven't been through the conveyancing process before, and have also never instructed solicitors. Adam Tozer and his team (Lauren Pascoe and Katy Braithwaite) were professional, efficient and friendly throughout. They were easily contactable. The process felt straightforward. If Adam was away, a member of the team would seamlessly pick up from where we left off so there were no unnecessary delays. Overall, our experience was positive and we would recommend using Bright.

Outstanding service, highly recommended
Used Bright Solicitors Plymouth for the sale of a family home and dealt exclusively with Adam Tozer and Lauren Pascoe. Well I couldn't recommend them enough. The service was exceptional and the costs of fees very competitive.
These are the only solicitors that I know of that, you can actually pick up a phone and speak to them! I have used them on two previous occasions which speaks for itself I think!
A very satisfied customer, highly recommended.

Excellent conveyancing.
My partner and I have recently bought our first house and with Adam & Max looking after us it couldn’t have gone any smoother, we moved in to our place just under 10 weeks after having our offer accepted in a time where it was taking some people 6 months to get their keys. Professional, understanding and efficient, couldn’t ask for anymore.

Bright solicitors south west
Took on our house purchase after another company went into liquidation after handling our purchase for 2 months and achieving nothing . Brights , Adam Tozer , took over and exchanged and completed inside 3 weeks even with dealing with the mess from other company . Very communicative, very professional, very thorough. Would certainly use them again .
