I was assigned to a very knowledgeable & proactive solicitor named Esme. Esme provided a real calmness but proactive professional approach to my case. She was very responsive to all queries no matter how silly they may seem. This was a great experience for me because she was very patient & understanding especially as this was my first time dealing with a claim like this.
