I have used Carol and Kim at the Kettering branch for over a decade and they deal with all of my "property" transactions. I would not dream of using any other conveyancer. Carol never lets me down and I completely trust her.

Used BMTC on several occasions and always found them friendly, caring and totally professional. Most recently the conveyancing service provided to us with a quite difficult situation was supportive and helpful.

An outstanding, experienced solicitor!
Carol has been an angel from start to finish. She is thorough in all she does finding oversights other solicitors in the chain had made.
I felt safe and secure knowing I had Carol looking after my interests . She was also quick to respond and explained everything clearly . And I cannot thank Carol more!!
I can honestly say Carol is the best solicitor my family has used over decades of buying and selling homes!!

Sale and Purchase of properties
I worked with both Carol and Kim for the sale and purchase of my properties. This was a great experience as both were extremely knowledgeable and provided clear and concise information throughout the whole process. I was under specific time constraints and this was met well within the timeframe. I would highly recommend using Borneo Martell Turner Coulston LLP for purchasing and selling of properties. The process was smooth and both remained professional at all times, I could not ask for more.

Carol and Kim were so helpful and professional. It was a very stressful process with issues with the lease but they made the right decisions protecting my interests in the deal. I am grateful that they also guided me reassuring during the process when I needed.

House conveyancing
We are extremely pleased to have chosen Borneo Martell Turner Coulston to act for us recently in a conveyancing matter.
From initial consultation with Kim Miles to a straightforward professional experience with Carol Behan, with whom we felt relaxed and trusting, the whole procedure was dealt with in a few weeks.
The fee quoted right from the start was the fee we paid-oh, and think we even had a small refund!

Highly Recommended
Carol acted for us on both the Sale and Purchase of our property and was fantastic throughout the process from start to finish.
Carol was very thorough, provided clear updates to everyone involved in the chain and gave us valuable advice on how to proceed in certain situations.
