Exceptional service and communication throughout
We had a lot of bad luck when selling our property, as 2 transactions didn't complete.
Kathryn personally kept us up to date (on the phone) and helped guide us through tough decisions throughout, with clear and logical advice.
Kathryn and Savannah were both incredibly responsive and very quick to action, which makes such a difference in such a pressurised chain.
We couldn't recommend them as solicitors any more if we tried, absolute standard setters for a profession that often shoulders a lot of blame in the house buying process.

Property sale
The initial engagement was very poor. The assigned conveyancer was not proactive in communication. Only after a prolonged period of silence and after much chasing I was informed that person had left the firm. The next person assigned was a junior resource who was not up to speed on the requirements. Eventually I was assigned a solicitor who was excellent, knowledgable and proactive and who went to bat for me to complete the sale. After 6 months we completed.

Kathryn Musgrove
Used Kathryn Musgrove for a probate property sale and found her to be excellent. She explained everything clearly and sorted out a leasehold problem really promptly. First rate experience
I engaged Samuel Phillips Law to process a private sale of my property. I was in contact by both email and telephone. Kathryn, my Lawyer, kept me updated with the progress of the sale, informed me when I needed to carry out any actions, and answered my queries. Kathryn's manner towards me was both friendly and professional at all times. Her Conveyancing Assistants, Savannah and Adam, were helpful and both also treated me in a friendly and professional way.
