Fantastic Service
Could not thank Kathryn enough for all she has done. She made the process of buying my first home smooth and stress free. She kept me informed at every step of the way what was happening and what was going to happen next. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again should I ever need to.

Exceptional service and communication throughout
We had a lot of bad luck when selling our property, as 2 transactions didn't complete.
Kathryn personally kept us up to date (on the phone) and helped guide us through tough decisions throughout, with clear and logical advice.
Kathryn and Savannah were both incredibly responsive and very quick to action, which makes such a difference in such a pressurised chain.
We couldn't recommend them as solicitors any more if we tried, absolute standard setters for a profession that often shoulders a lot of blame in the house buying process.

Property sale
The initial engagement was very poor. The assigned conveyancer was not proactive in communication. Only after a prolonged period of silence and after much chasing I was informed that person had left the firm. The next person assigned was a junior resource who was not up to speed on the requirements. Eventually I was assigned a solicitor who was excellent, knowledgable and proactive and who went to bat for me to complete the sale. After 6 months we completed.

Kathryn Musgrove
Used Kathryn Musgrove for a probate property sale and found her to be excellent. She explained everything clearly and sorted out a leasehold problem really promptly.
